Craneridge Association

Craneridge began in the mid-1960’s by a developer and a group of investors hoping to create a unique living environment. Originally it was thought that Craneridge would be a “weekend retreat” for skiers, but it has evolved into a year-round home for more than 170 families. The Craneridge Association was formed to take care of the day-to-day business of the neighborhood. The Board of Directors is composed of members of the community who volunteer their time to help maintain what is truly a one-of-a-kind place to live.

The Craneridge Homeowners Association has some of the most interesting properties in Western New York with our circular lots, the surrounding woodlands, proximity to Sprague Brook Park, Kissing Bridge, and the surrounding Town of Concord, as well as our common properties, community pool, and shared amenities.
